We are finishing the construction of a fantastic villa on Lacona beach, with direct access to the sea, which will be ready for summer 2023.

Where does the name Lacona Cocoon come from?

Cocooning is the trend of making one’s home a small shell, a welcoming, comfortable, and healthy place to spend time alone, with family, or with friends.

Cocooning (from the English word cocoon) is a clean, essential, and airy style that creates an extremely relaxing, enveloping, and protective environment.

This trend is closely linked to slow living, the art of decompressing as we cross the threshold of our home, as an antidote to the speed of our days.

This was the philosophy that inspired us in building this beautiful house that we are in love with.

Lacona Cocoon has two double bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom, a modern kitchen with an induction hob, a huge living porch, 1300 square meters of garden, a panoramic terrace as large as the whole house with sea views, and private parking.

Lacona Cocoon was entirely built with travertine marble, and the railings and gates are true works of art.
